📦 Shipping

We only ship within Mexico 🇲🇽

Shipping cost: 120 MXN

Each bikini is handmade to order, so production time is 1 to 2 weeks.

Shipping time depends on Correos de México and may vary by location.

In case of delays by the shipping company, we appreciate your patience — we will follow up, but the times are not directly dependent on us.

If your package is lost, we take responsibility and will send a new item at no additional cost.

🧵 Handmade / Custom Orders

All bikinis are handmade, one by one, especially for you.

You can choose your color and some adjustments, making each piece unique.

🔄 Exchanges and Returns

Because each bikini is made to order:

• We do not accept returns, except if the product arrives damaged
• Exchanges are limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• We do not guarantee exchanges for size or color once the order is placed

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving it.

💸 Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
If necessary, a product exchange may be offered.

🧼 Garment Care

To keep your bikini in good condition:

– Hand wash with cold water
– Do not tumble dry
– Avoid rough surfaces
– Dry in the shade

As a handmade garment, good care helps prolong its life.
